Volker Mord is part of a military faction that, as of the moment, is fairly underground. It's purpose is unknown, as are any of it's beliefs. The military uses a drug known as "Roter Segen" (Red Blessing) or simply "Rot" (Red)** on promising soldiers. The most noticeable side effect of this drug is that the reciever's eye will gradually turn red. Thus, RED.

The uniform for the Selig Military is based on the SS Uniforms of World War II. There is no connection beyond the use of fashion. All attempts to otherwise connect the militarys will be brushed off and ignored.

Volker also has an enormous shephard dog that he adores with a passion. Word to the wise, it is a rather frightening attack dog.

(*I was once told "Volkermord" was the word for "genocide". Yeah. Lovely thing to be named for.)

+ increased flexibility, stamina, and pain tolerance
+ willingness to suggestion (of specific givers)
+ lowered consciousness of physical limits
+ increased healing factor
+ instilling of animalist traits, physical and mental
